New Mix: Spend the Night

August 9, 2017

I’m very excited about this new mix. For those who don’t know my DJ history, I learned how to DJ on house records. I bought and practiced with house records in my bedroom before I started buying any other genres. I’ve been getting back into deep sounds as of late and really wanted to put together something that y’all can vibe to poolside with a smoothie in hand. The mix premiered today on Gorilla vs. Bear and features some of the artists playing GVSB VI, going down this Saturday at The Bomb Factory in Dallas. Hope to see some of y’all at the show! 🏠 🌊

Super excited about my feature on “collectors of things” in the Oak Cliff Advocate! If you’re in the neighborhood, you should have a magazine hanging on your door handle within the next few days. Otherwise, you can read the feature online. Check ya boy out.

The City of Angels has become somewhat of a 2nd home. After about a month since my last trip, I’m returning July 21-27, and the calendar is stacked! I’m playing a handful of new gigs that I’m really stoked on and throwing another OFF TOP! party with the homie Roofeeo. Hope to see all the TX homies in the mix as usual and some new faces, too. 🌴😎

My new venture – Them Two – with my manager / business partner Rosalinda, did the damn thing for the homie Leon BridgesB-Day Bash at It’ll Do. Thank you to everyone who made it a success! Hundreds of folks from DFW and beyond helped us celebrate Leon and watched with pride as he performed a few songs straight from the heart. A portion of proceeds from the party were donated to the KEEN Group of Tarrant County. ❤️
