Tonight marks two years of Top Notch in Houston (technically 2 years one month). Come celebrate Top Notch’s toddler stage with us tonight at Boondocks. Always a rowdy time!

Rest in power to the late great Gil Scott Heron that passed away on Friday May 27th. I have been a fan for years and own plenty of Gil’s music. He will be missed. I came across this mixtape earlier today and I have been bumping it while getting work done around the crib. Classic tunes! If you aren’t familiar, grab the mix here.
